Our Hub staff is a family...working together as a team to provide hospitality in a casual and comfortable setting. We strive to connect people to each other and to their community, while enjoying the delicious recipes we have created.
The Hub is the vision of a few locals who wanted to keep a good thing going… a casual dining spot in a convenient location, committed to serving great tasting food that is sourced from nearby farms, grass-fed beef ranches and craft breweries. Many names were being considered based on our menu of grass-fed, grass-finished burgers and farm fresh salads...Farmstead, Sorich Ranch, Drake’s Farm...but the reality is, we are located in busy shopping center near the center of town...a literal "hub" of activity. When we decided on our name, The Hub, the vision for embracing San Anselmo’s history of dairy and ranches allowed us to highlight the surrounding open space with picturesque Red Hill as our backdrop. Our restaurant is located on what was once a country dirt road, surrounded by ranches and dairy barns with a critical train depot; these were once the landmarks of San Anselmo.

We are OPEN for walkup orders, call in orders, and online ordering from
11:30-8:30pm weekdays but close for 1 hour from 2:30-3:30p to give our staff a respite. We have extended our hours from 11 am until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
